Warm Bamboo massage therapy is similar to deep tissue massage, however the therapist uses warmed bamboo tools to knead the tissue. The length and width of the bamboo used can vary depending on the area of the body being worked. The bamboo tool replaces the therapist’s hands, and is used to give a deep, firm massage. The bamboo massage promotes circulation, sensory nerve perception, lymphatic drainage and provides a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
60 min ~ $100
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), following Dr. Vodder's method, is a light, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen limb. It should not be confused with a traditional massage. MLD is specifically focused on the lymph vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid. Therapy is applied to your unaffected areas first, making it possible for the fluid to move out of the affected area, or “decongest” the region. MLD helps open the remaining functioning lymph collectors and move protein and fluid into them, as well as to help speed up lymph fluid flow through the lymphatics.

Thai Massage

120 min ~ $155
Unlike the Western Massage most are used to, Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is moved within the receiver's full range of motion. Techniques include bending, stretching, deep compression (using palms, thumbs, and feet), and assisting into supported yoga postures. A full Thai massage session typically lasts 90 minutes to two hours or more and includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body. This may include pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking knuckles, walking on the recipient's back, and moving the recipient's body into many different positions. There is a standard procedure and rhythm to the massage, which the giver will adjust to fit the receiver.
Himalayan Salt Stone Massage
60 min ~ $95
90 min ~ $125
The Himalayan Salt Stone Massage is a gentle therapy that is individually tailored to your needs. This type of massage is very similar to traditional Hot Stone Massage, but therapists use heated stones made from pure Himalayan Salt instead of basalt stones to soothe tense muscles. The salt stones are hand-carved and give gentle exfoliation to the skin during the massage, leaving it creamy and smooth. Himalayan salt is uniquely pink in color and is packed with 84 naturally occurring minerals and elements. Many of these minerals provide the body with health and healing benefits. During a Himalayan salt massage, pink salt stones are heated to allow the minerals to absorb into the body, maximizing the salt’s many benefits. If you are looking for an effective way to treat yourself, this remedy may be just what you need!
